Withdraw from your contract
If you bought from Novel Bits as a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days, without giving a reason. Use the form below to send your withdrawal. You do not need to sign in.
Once you submit, we send an acknowledgment of receipt to the email you provide, including the details you entered and the date and time of submission.
What happens next
- You receive an acknowledgment email confirming we got your request.
- We process your refund and, for hardware, arrange the return. We may contact you at the email you provided if we need anything to complete it.
- For courses with digital content, the 14-day right may not apply once you have started the content and agreed to begin immediately; the hardware portion of a bundle is always covered.
